Troubleshooting, setup tips, and best practices — written for real devices, real networks, and real “why is it buffering now?” moments.

Most issues come down to one of three things: credentials (copy/paste), device performance (old apps), or network stability (Wi‑Fi). Use this checklist first — it solves the majority of support requests.
- Restart device + IPTV app
- Re‑paste credentials (no spaces)
- Try Ethernet / 5GHz Wi‑Fi
- Update app + clear cache

Playback is buffering
Switch to Ethernet or 5GHz Wi‑Fi, close downloads, restart the app, and test another channel. If only one channel buffers, it’s usually source‑specific — tell us the channel name and time.
EPG / TV guide is blank
Enable EPG in your IPTV app settings, then give it time to download. Some apps require selecting the playlist first before the guide appears.
Login not working
Re‑paste your credentials (no trailing spaces). Confirm you selected the correct login method (Xtream Codes vs M3U). If your ISP blocks certain traffic, a reputable VPN can help.
Audio out of sync
Try switching player/decoder settings in your app (hardware ↔ software). On TVs, also disable “motion smoothing” modes which can introduce delay.
Can’t find a channel
Use search inside the app and verify you’re in the right group/category. If it’s missing entirely, message support with the exact channel name.
Upgrading devices
If you need more simultaneous screens, upgrade your plan and we’ll update access. This avoids logouts when two TVs try to watch at once.
Network tips (fast wins)
Prefer Ethernet
If your TV/box supports it, Ethernet is the simplest way to stop random buffering spikes.
Use 5GHz Wi‑Fi
2.4GHz travels further, but 5GHz is usually faster and less congested for streaming.
Router placement matters
One wall can be the difference between smooth HD and stutters. Move the router or add a mesh node.
Avoid peak congestion
If your ISP slows at night, a reputable VPN can sometimes improve routing and stability.
