Eligibility & account
- You’re responsible for keeping your login information secure.
- You agree not to share credentials publicly or resell access without written permission from PrismTV.
- We may suspend access to protect the service from abuse or unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse‑engineer the service.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activities.
- Excessive simultaneous connections beyond your plan may trigger temporary restrictions to protect quality for everyone.
Plans & billing
Pricing, durations, and device limits are shown on the Pricing page. Access is provided for the purchased term. If you need to change device limits, contact support.
Service availability
We aim for stable, high‑quality streams, but availability can be affected by maintenance, upstream providers, device performance, and internet conditions. We may update, replace, or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability.
Support
We provide setup and troubleshooting assistance through our Help Center and Contact page. Please include your device model and IPTV app name for faster resolution.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrismTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
