Installation guide
From zero to streaming: pick your device, install an IPTV app, paste your credentials, and you’re in.
Step‑by‑step (works for most apps)
Install an IPTV player
Use a trusted IPTV app from your device’s store. If you’re not sure which one to pick, ask support and we’ll recommend the best option for your hardware.
Open the app & choose “Add playlist”
Most apps offer login by Xtream Codes API or M3U URL. We’ll provide the exact details after purchase.
Enter your credentials
Carefully paste the username/password (and server URL if needed). Double‑check for spaces at the end.
Wait for channels to sync
The initial sync can take a few minutes depending on your connection and device speed.
Enable EPG (TV guide)
If your app supports EPG, turn it on in settings so the guide loads and channel names align properly.
Optimize playback
If you see buffering, switch to Ethernet or 5GHz Wi‑Fi, close background downloads, and lower the stream preset temporarily.
Device shortcuts
These tips cover the most common setups. For app‑specific screenshots, check the Help Center.

Common setup mistakes
Trailing spaces
Copy/paste can sneak in spaces at the end of usernames, passwords, or URLs. Re‑paste carefully.
Wrong login method
If your app supports Xtream Codes, use it (it’s often faster + better EPG). Otherwise use M3U.
EPG disabled
If the guide is blank, enable EPG in app settings and allow time for it to download.
Weak Wi‑Fi
Live sports is unforgiving. Use Ethernet or 5GHz Wi‑Fi and place the router closer if possible.
